City Beach Lifeguard Tower at Town of Cambridge Completed
From Steel to FRP (Before and After).
This is the iconic City Beach Lifeguard Tower in the Town of Cambridge that we refurbished and installed with entirely FRP material a few weeks ago. This newly refurbished tower will look the same in many years from now, thanks to the FRP’s unique composite material characteristics.
– High Strength-to-Weight Ratio
– High Tensile Strength with Low Modulus of Elasticity
– Ability to Form Complex Shapes
– Corrosion Resistance
– and many more…
The new tower doesn’t include just the structural members, but connections are made by chemical fixing (bonding) or mechanically fixing with FRP bolts, or a mixture of both.
There are so many other reasons one should consider using FRP ask us how firstname.lastname@example.org
